Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal! Missverständnis zum Umfang unserer Buchung beim Check-In war schnell geklärt. Super sauberes Zimmer, vor kurzem offenbar renoviert. Raum war tatsächlich nicht besonders groß, man beachte aber für Hotels mit größeren Zimmern im Großraum Paris auch die teils wesentlich höheren Preise! Traditionell kleineres, französisches Frühstück. Jedoch mit leckeren, kleinen Optionen wie z. B. gutem Käse und toller Kaffeestation. Auch hier wieder gutes Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis! Würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken mit unseren 2 kleinen Hunden!

La gérante n'était pas du tout ni agréable ni disp

Bonjour, Nous avions bien été reçu le vendredi par la gérante. Mais le samedi au départ, il ni avait personne à l'accueil, plus de 20 minutes d'attente, ce n'est normal. Nous avons du aller chercher la gérante, car celle-ci discutait et buvais son café sur la terrasse avec ses collègues. Vraiment déplorable.

Séjour Affaires 1 nuitée Ibis plutôt dans son jus mais propre et calme. Accueil rapide et pro Petit dej correct Pas de restaurant sur place comme annoncé sur Expédia, des pizzas en surg. proposées en lieu et place. C’est trompeur pour ma part. Ce service (restaurant) constituant une partie du prix, c’est donc regrettable. Il serait important de clarifier les prestations proposées pour vos clients

Si vous êtes fumeur vous serez le bienvenu

Une odeur de tabac dans les chambres insupportable pendant toute la nuit et quand on en fait le commentaire le matin, on me répond c’est normal il y a une zone fumeur. J’ai bien senti que mon commentaire avait aucun écho chez le réceptionniste du matin… Pas la peine d’indiquer 32 fois dans la chambre que c’est non fumeur quand on est gêné toute la nuit par les fumées des occupants des chambres voisines ou autres…

l'hôtel est bien situé !! Le lieu et le cadre est très agréable. j'avais réservé une chambre avec lit double, à mon arrivé j'ai bien eu un lit double mais ils étaient joints, j'ai donc fais une réclamation à l'hôte d'accueil en précisant ma réservation. Elle à tout de suite pris ma demande en compte et changer de chambre avec lits doubles séparés. vraiment super !!!

Quand je viens sur la région, je descends toujours à cet hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa. Sourires, disponibilité et toujours prêt à vous rendre le séjour agréable. Ca fait toute la différence. Bien que l'hôtel ne se trouve à proximité de l'autoroute, on s'y sent bien.

Juste hyper cher!!! 144€ la nuit (c’était 98€ il y a 3 ans!!!). La réponse de l’hôtesse : on est à Paris… benh non… on n’est pas à Paris, on est à ÉMERAINVILLE !! Peut-être pour financer les chambres rénovées, et pour le coup, la rénovation a été bien faite.

Ikke imponeret

Vores værelse stank virkelig af skinmelsvamp, der lå et lag af støv flere steder og vores aircondition virkede ikke. Hvis vi ikke havde haft væres 6 årige søn med som skulle i seng så han var klar til disneyland var vi tjekket ud igen. Morgenmaden der lugtede deres pålæg surt. Virkelig ikke en god oplevelse.

Excellent accueil et personnel très réactif. Chambre plutôt petite, à proximité de la route Nationale mais bien insonorisée. Beaucoup de poussière sur les étagères, bien que la chambre venait d'être faite. Pas de bouilloire en chambre. Literie confortable. Parking gratuit et sécurisé. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Pas adapter pour un séjour de plusieurs jours avec un enfant en bas âge car trop petit. Et surtout pas de Clim si vous y aller en période chaude je déconseille.
