Charming, well appointed, well managed and the use of space is exceptionally good. It is a perfect location (great place to look around AND seconds from the metro)

Very nice hotel where most of the staff was very service minded and greeted you each time you came back to the hotel. We booked the floatarium which of course is a must! Incredibly nice to have your private serene spa in the basement for 45mins. The room was very small and international TV channels weren't working so well but otherwise very clean and comfy place.

The property is wonderful, the staff is beyond terrific, friendly and willing to speak English. I had a great room, great view and wonderful spa treatment. I have been coming to Paris for 26 years and this hotel is the best of them all. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Boulevard Beaumarchais is very busy, making the Hotel centrally located for high-end shopping and local off-the-beaten-path boutiques if that's what you're looking for. The underground is steps away and very easy to navigate with plenty of cafes. My room was lovely and clean with large windows that opened. There is a street-front cafe in the hotel which is nice for a morning espresso or evening glass of wine.

Very tiny boutique hotel - rooms are quite small - BUT the service and friendliness certainly make up for it. It was adorable - best location - super charming - would stay here again!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. The room, just as described, cleaned everyday, without requesting it for. Kudos for this. Staff was always polite and helpful, and during my check-in, they provided to me some nearby recommendations of the neighborhood, and gave me a map of the city. This is being my first time in Paris was super helpful and a some places were just great. Next to the Bastille, you get metro lines and a lot of bars, cafes and you have the hyped neighborhood of Le Marais just by crossing the street. The bar was great, great appetizers and drinks too.

En general bien, estaba limpio y para mi es lo más importante A mejorar, era habitación familiar para 4 y solo 1 botella de agua, pedi otra y la negaron por falta de recipientes para las habitaciones Falto mas suministros como jabon de barra que se acabo y no repusieron En el desayuno me atendió una señora bastante antipática, nada preparada para atender huéspedes

Good petite hotel in a good location. Our low rating is due to the fact that bed frame was not solid and was making squeaky noise. It woke us through the night.

Overall a good stay, one or two hiccups.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. The second morning we were there a fire alarm went off and stayed on for over an hour. It was really very bothersome for that day. They only offered us breakfast or a glass or champagne in the evening, but we were heading out and no one is going to sit through breakfast with a fire alarm going off. Other than that snafu overall it was a pleasant experience. The only other hiccup is that like most places in Paris, the elevator was super tiny and a little slow.

Does not feel like an hotel! Friendly staff, cozy stylish and comfortable accommodations. Rooms are quiet and private. Great location close to bastille metro. Would recommend.

This was such a cute and very parisien place to stay! It was very quaint and had air conditioning! Which is a must in June! The spa was a very unique experience. Being able to have breakfast right there available for you along with options for dinner and drinks is very convenient. Highly recommend for a family or couple to stay here! Close to all amenities either by foot, bus or metro. The staff was very pleasant and helpful as well.

The gentleman who checked us in did not appear to be very knowledgeable - a bit scattered. Subsequently, we spoke with 2 other individuals who were very helpful. Also, our room phone turned out to have been an unplugged cable resulting in a missed wake-up call. It was corrected prior to our departure.

Nice hotel
The hotel is nice but overpriced. Room is tiny but it shows in the pic.Location is good for whoever want to be in a very crowded area. I don’t think it’s ok not to have a mini bar or empty fridge …. kettle and coffee in the room … there was no tissue box even.
