We could not have loved staying here more. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and most importantly (to us), it is in a quiet location without any disruptions, but still close to excellent restaurants, shopping and metro stations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Housekeeping came each day and left a little treat for us, room service was prompt, and on our second-to-last day, we received a handwritten note from guest relations along with a complementary bottle of wine. The food and drinks at the hotel bar were also exceptional. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have had during our travels - merci beacoup, Maison Astor!

This is a nice hotel but it was very full the week we were there and the lobby is too small for the amount of people it holds. Our room was not ready until 4 after flying all night and arriving at 10 am. One day during the stay we we were out of our room from 8 am to 4:40 and they did not clean our room. The explained there had until 5 pm to clean it! They brought us towels but no cleaning which for a small room was needed. The toilet paper holder is very sharp near the toilet. We traveled with friends and one of them cut themselves on it! For the money I would chose differently.

Il y avait beaucoup de moisissure au plafond de salle de bain. La bouche d aération dans la salle de bain était brisé. A voir l état du plafond ( j ai des photos) le problème est la depuis longtemps. Dangereux pour la santé. Chambre 217. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous n avons pas reçu la chambre avant 15h30. Quand tu as passé la nuit sur un avion et arrivé à l hôtel à 9h30. L heure du déjeuner pas la même week-end versus semaine les heures n ont pas été communiqués, donc nous avons manqué le petit déjeuner.

Ce que vous annoncez ne correspond pas du tout à nos standars. Je vais transmettre à notre directeur technique votre commentaire afin que le nécessaire soit fait pour améliorer les conditions de cette chambre. Nous comprenons tout à fais, nos chambres sont garanties à partir de 15h, vous l'avez eu en retard et après un long voyage vous auriez apprécié l'avoir à l'heure. Le petit-déjeuner est servi de 7h à 10h en semaine et jusqu'à 11h les weekend, ceci aurait dû vous être spécifié au moment de l'enregistrement. Je ferais un point avec notre cheffe de réception afin de nous assurer que l'équipe suive les procédures. Je tenais à nouveau à vous présenter toutes nos excuses pour ce séjour qui malheureusement ne fût pas à la hauteur de vos attentes mais aussi vous remercier pour votre commentaire très détaillé qui permettera de nous améliorer. This was a nice property and the staff were nice. Unfortunately we could not sleep a single day from the bed bugs. And when we told the staff about there response was “sorry for the inconvenience”.

Being part of the Hilton family, we take very seriously our guests satisfaction. Please allow me to inform you that when an incident (of any matter) is reported to us, the necessary measures are taken on spot, especially on circumstances of high importance as this one. Our team was, however, never informed of this situation during your stay but only upon check out time, giving us no other solution than thank you for the information and closing immediately the room.The entire team at our Maison, especially our housekeeping team, is appropriately trained to find and prevent bedbug’s infiltrations. In this case, the room was blocked upon your check out and not only our housekeeping manager, but also our maintenance service manager verified every inch on the room. Nothing but a mosquito was found. This information was shared immediately with you trough the portal you choose to make the booking, unfortunately, we did not get any answer from your part. We totally understand that with the information given by the media, a mosquito bite could be stressful, however, I am proud to say that we follow very high standards on cleanliness and we can assure you that no bedbugs were found in your room or any other room of our Maison. We absolutely loved this property. Yes there were some hiccups, but the staff stepped up and did their best to solve the problems. 1. Urine stains on the mattress cover. Problem solved. 2. Broken fridge. Problem solved. 3. Ant infestation in our room. Problem solved. We suppose for $1000 per night the staff would prevent these problems from occurring. Alas, they were responsive. Also. We reserved a room with a terrace on the 6th floor. We Didn’t recall a Major construction project across The street, to include workers and noise. That wasn’t possible to fix this issue, we were basically stuck with this room as the hotel was booked up. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.

Very helpful and kind staff. The concierge service is excellent. They can make arrangements for anything you need. The hotel is in a quiet street with great location.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back. Overall it's a nice Hotel but needs a few updates, I think it's a little overpriced.

We had a lovely time at this hotel! Staff and service was top notch! Clean and felt like 5 star luxury! Location was amazing! Nights are quiet and the views are amazing!!! With our small family and young child, we felt special and accommodated always!

Preis Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Als ich das Zimmer wechseln wollte (wegen Baulärm gegenüber) und bei der Reception angerufen hab, hat mich das Personal einfach nicht zurückgerufen, um mir zu berichten, ob es die Möglichkeit gibt. Beim Checkout des Hotels, hat das Personal zu düngt dagestanden und keine Hilfe angeboten bei dem Koffer zu helfen, obwohl ich beim Check In großzügiges Trinkgeld gegeben habe. Schade, , dass man 800 Euro pro Nacht zahlt und einfach schlechtes Zimmer mit schlechtem Service bekommt.

Location of the hotel is very good! Accessibility to the public transportation such as Metro is good, and easy to access to various famous shops and museum by walking also. Unfortunately, lighting condition in the room was not so good, then it was dark condition in the room even though all of the lightings were turned on. Other points such as service and kindness of the staffs were good I think.

Very centrally located hotel convenient for walking to many locations. Staff really friendly and willing to help. Recommend breakfast buffet good value with great food.
