Our team was, however, never informed of this situation during your stay but only upon check out time, giving us no other solution than thank you for the information and closing immediately the room.The entire team at our Maison, especially our housekeeping team, is appropriately trained to find and prevent bedbug’s infiltrations. In this case, the room was blocked upon your check out and not only our housekeeping manager, but also our maintenance service manager verified every inch on the room. Nothing but a mosquito was found. This information was shared immediately with you trough the portal you choose to make the booking, unfortunately, we did not get any answer from your part. We totally understand that with the information given by the media, a mosquito bite could be stressful, however, I am proud to say that we follow very high standards on cleanliness and we can assure you that no bedbugs were found in your room or any other room of our Maison.
