The staff was great! There were some issues with room air conditioning and my key card had to be reactivated daily to use the elevators ( but each time there was an issue the staff addressed them promptly and were always very kind).

Overall, we had a great stay at Okko! It is a little far from the main tourist attractions but in a generally safe area! I would stay again.

Convenient for those attending Vinexposium but not much in terms of dining that is walkable. Somewhat disconnected from the 'heart' of Paris.

Rediseñen los dormitorios
Hotel moderno pero muy , muy mal diseñado, los dormitorios no tienen closet , deben rehacer los dormitorios y poner camas normales, las que hay parecen futones, el baño bueno pero puede mejorar, muy incomoda los dormitorios, no hay donde dejar las cosas. El area comun del primer piso es excelente. El loby es muy precario, eso también deben mejorarlo.

Établissement vraiment agréable. Accueil de très haut niveau Devant le tramway et très proche du métro. Chambre silencieuse et spacieuse. Le service "club" est un plus très appréciable.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. The only problem was that the AC was turned off because it was winter. The room got hot and it was a little unpleasant to sleep. I think it should be up to the customers to regulate the temperature in their rooms.

Room was comfortable, shower was nice! Lounge was very nice and a good place to do work, although a few more outlets to plug into would've been nice. Breakfast could've had a few more options, but it served the purpose, and having hot drinks and snacks available any time was great! I was in town for a conference at the porte de versailles, and it is scheduled to be there next year again, so I will certainly consider this place to stay and recommend it to others!

A really bad hotel in a miserable area. Useless staff, unhelpful. Went to the restaurant 15 minutes prior to closing, not interested in providing dinner, which on reflection was a lucky escape. Grubb room, smelt bad, air con did not work, not even a bottle of water provided, I am not sure what use a nespresso machine is with no capsules, milk or sugar. Gym was tiny, badly equipped and not worth using. Breakfast was the worst of any hotel I have stayed in for years. Really horrible weekend, luckily it was for work. Avoid at all costs!!!

It's a nice and quiet place and I enjoyed my stay here. It is also close to the subway so that was another plus. They provide all day coffee, juices and snacks to hotel guests in the cafe. I also liked the minimalist concept with the interior design but felt some simple things as hooks to hang clothes / towels in the washroom. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Great value an comfort
Comfortable bed, friendly staff, plentiful breakfast. Solid value. Fitness room disappoints but this is true for most paisian hotels

Not a true 4 star hotel
This hotel was a true disappointment. I guess I can’t compare the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile which is a 4 star hotel to this property. I thought they might be comparable because they are both 4 stars. What I didn’t realize was that it was like night & day. The room did not even have a suitcase stand. I was told only the premium rooms have it d/t space. There is not even a fridge in the room which is a very basic amenity. No bathrobes or slippers. For a European hotel, this was surprising, especially the slippers. Any basic amenity you assume you will have will not be available. That I can assure you. I will not return to this hotel.

We take good note of your comments which help us to improve the experience we offer our customers. Although the current design of the room meets the criteria for a 4-star rating, we are taking into consideration feedback from our clients and have moved towards a new generation room with the opening of Gare de L'Est in January 2019 and Toulon in March 2020. In addition, our rooms will have more space, new storage space and separate toilets. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again very soon at OKKO HOTELS !
