da denunciare alla polizia
L'albergo era chiuso al nostro arrivo. Nessuna mail ci è stata inviata per fornirci un pin per l'accesso. Al citofono non rispondeva nessuno ed è stato impossibile raggiungere telefonicamente il gestore. Il servizio di hotel. com dopo un ora di stare al telefono non è stato in grado di fornirci una soluzione. Da denunciare !!!

Terrible property, especially for tourist. We received one message from the hotel saying how to get into the room and have not heard from them since despite contacting them in regards to our lack of WiFi, clean towels, and air conditioning. We did not see a single employee or other guest all 5 nights which was concerning as well. Property has absolute bare minimum of a uncomfortable bed, toilet and shower.

Horrible Check In Process
Checking in was a nightmare. There was no one at the front desk and apparently you have to text someone through WhatsApp to get the code to your room, after you send them a picture of your credit card and passport. Since my number didn’t have the country code, no one texted me and I had to sit and wait in the lobby for over an hour. Thankfully someone else was checking in (also having trouble) and they gave me the phone number to text. Other than the check in process, the room was nice with a good view of the Eiffel Tower. The wifi didn’t work at all and I had no one in the lobby to ask for help.

Aucun accueil ! Nous sommes arrivés le soir, il y avait personne à la réception, c’est inadmissible pour un "4 étoiles" L’établissement annoncé un SPA, nous en avons pas vu la couleur ! Ne mérite pas son titre de 4 étoiles inadmissible aucun services!!!!

GREAT hotel
Such an incredible stay! The view was great, staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again if we return to Paris!

Great staff, room, and location
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good and at a reasonable price. We liked the place so much that we will try to book there whenever we plan to stay in Paris.

One of the worst hotels in paris We had booked our stay for 4 nights we were travelling with our 2 year old kid and had a horrible experience 3 nights the air condition in our room was not working and after repeated complaints the hotel staff did not help us change our room nor were we given any compensation Very unfriendly staff and the hotel owner is vry rude We had to sleep without air condition and we kept the windows open but it was too noisy as the train station was vry close Even after complaining to the hotel staff everyday that out baby is not able to sleep our room was not changed Very bad experience and would not recommend this hotel

Hotel horrible!
Nuit horrible! Arrivé a 3h du matin un soir de canicule, clim en panne! Vue sur la tour effeil dans le descriptif mais vraiment invisible de son minuscule balcon! Chambre minuscule et mal insonorisé!! Et pour couronner le tout des travaux du metro aererien qui débute a 6h05!!! A eviter absolument!! Par contre le réceptionniste de jour etait au petit soin et vraiment desolé de la situation. 165e la nuit pour dormir 2h et prendre 50e d’amende alors que la voiture est sationner devant l’entrée de l’hotel selon les recommandation du receptionniste de nuit!!

The property location was accessible to everything. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower. But hands down, the best thing was the staff. They were unbelievable in every way. Youd think you were staying at the Ritz. They helped navigate through town and were so personable, helpful and sweet. Even when Expedia misinterpreted negative information to them, they still tried their best to make our stay excellent. Shame on Expedia for doing that dring our stay but thanks to Sublim for your true hospitality

- Great location literally at the exit of the metro but without the noise :-) - Renovated room, bigger than most in Paris - Literally view of the Eiffel Tower - Restaurants and supermarket nextdoor - Don’t miss the brasserie Nesle across the corner

Definitely stay here again
The best value for a clean, hip hotel that values their customers. We had originally booked a horrific hotel in a super sketchy neighborhood. We switched and were extremely grateful we did. We were greeted with friendly staff and a clean room with fake flower pedals on the bed. The rain shower is pretty cool, but it is see-thru to the bedroom so there could be awkward moments with family. I actually ran into the glass door of the bathroom. I could see myself in the bathroom mirror as my face smushed up against the door. Quite funny! The hotel is directly across the street from a metro stop 6 - so convienent to get anywhere in Paris. The windows shut most of the city noise out. We definitely recommend this Hotel!
