"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. In the room we needed a chair in the shower and it was there it allowed my mom to shower"

"the toilet was broken entire stay and after reporting it, we never saw any staff again. doors locked to office with a sign and number. called the number for a voicemail and no return call. Last night we had no housekeeping and clean towels. No one to help us. Power went off for 2 1/2 hours in a very hot room. Cant get any help from Expedia at all, or the hotel. Bad service from both."
