"The hotel is clearly well managed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very convenient location just a short distance from the busy downtown area. Great walking trail that runs close to the hotel. "

"We checked out in the AM, skied all day then changed, headed to the airport easily after the equipment was dry: we appreciate the Pendry team, great food and well planed housekeeping "

"I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM. No one was at the front desk for 20 minutes to check me in. No apologies were given. I had to change the key to our room four times during the stay because of issues with the locking mechanism. Very inconvenient. Overall, the staff was very friendly, and courteous. The complementary breakfast was only OK – very minimal. Apparently, they allow pets in the hotel, so there were lots of dogs walking around and all around you while trying to enjoy breakfast. I think two stars out of five is very accurate for this property. "

"The property is older however very clean. Centrally located to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. Bus stop is in front of hotel. Everyone was kind and accommodating. "
