"This is a very cute, vintage lodge that, for the most part, was a great stay. Check in was simple, the grounds were beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We did have some issues but since we were only in town for the night, we didn’t bring them up with staff and were not asked about our stay when checking out. First, the shower was very difficult to turn on. You need some arm strength! I had to ask my husband for help. The water pressure was horrible, but could be due to the age of the lodge. They also only supplied 3 towels and when we attempted to call for more, we found that our phone wasn’t working. Lastly, on the morning of checkout, at 9 am, while we were still in bed, housekeeping knocked twice and then proceeded to unlock the door and enter the room! My husband jumped up and held the door to prevent her for coming in. She didn’t apologize, only asking if he needed anything. Based on the amazing reviews, which is the reason I chose this place, I’m sure my experience was unique, but we won’t be returning. "

"Pool area was nice, breakfast fine. Two issues. The free wifi really was contingent free. You had to join the corporate marketing arm free to join but really chicken s... Thw only place to charge devices was at the sink srea, two dublex outlets and one didnt work. The sink area is not the bast place to charge devices. "

"There definitely was a stale smell in my room, but I always come prepared. My room was not turned over/ cleaned. I very much enjoyed the hot tub. Very peaceful courtyard."

"Great hotel close to the reffkin tennis center. Very large king bed room. Breakfast was very good each morning and helped a lot with getting our day started. Bed was super comfortable. However lots of foot noise from the rooms above us and behind us. Wasn’t too disturbing but was for sure audible. Great staff. Will stay here again. "

"Didn’t use pool. Our room had crumbs on floor and half empty drink cup on balcony the whole time we were there. (From a previous guest) Breakfast and happy hour service was very good."
