"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"First time in New York and M Social hotel did not disappoint. I stayed here with my two sons. It was the perfect location. We loved the vibe. All the employees were so friendly. Would definitely stay again."

"Better, newer, more quiet than Millenium Broadway next door. Has lounge all time beverage. As Broadway Front Desk they dont have courtesy to admit that they dont have facility available but still charging facility fee to guests.
