"I have a lot to say unfortunately it was a bad stay.
First we checked in and were not told of how to use our breakfast credit daily, we had to ask. The noise from the street and other guests was very distracting and made it extremely difficult to get a good nights sleep. We stayed at Citizen M last year, which was 100 times better!
We were also told we could order room service the first night there and nobody answered the phone and front desk told us earlier that we could order from tv - which told us to call and nobody would answer the phone.
Security was not always there in the lobby so the elevator felt unsafe with drunk people around using elevator to go to bar at night.
Elevators were out of service for several days and some times we were waiting 20 -30 minutes for an elevator to come.
The first morning there we were woken up multiple time with bell being rung 3-4 times in a row as light was on for Service and had no idea there was a privacy/service button. Again, had to complain to find out.
We ran out of toilet paper and towels multiple times and had to contact front desk and we were told they would service our room and never did. We again had to call and no answer for housekeeping and front desk. Finally messaged them and got response.
The last day we were told they had a ride service to airport, which helped tremendously, they quoted $105 instead we were charged $121.
I will NEVER stay here again, highly disappointing! Do not recommend!!!"
