Our room was so cute and beds were very comfy- great place to pass out in at the end of the night. "The cleaning staff keeps this hotel impeccably clean, and the security personnel are on point at all times. But when we arrived at 2:30 am our time (1:30 am CT) after a much delayed flight, despite having an 11yo with us, the front desk person could not take a moment to check us in but made us wait 20 minutes while he finalized a young couple’s on-the-spot room reservation. (Our check-in took 2 minutes since it was pre-paid.)
