"I loved the room colors and bedding. The rug was very nice, but needed cleaning. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, but that needed cleaning as well. I would stay there again. "Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. "Unique and "classic" beach community vibe, not in the "luxe" category by any means but a fun place and very convenient for all the fun of Hampton Beach. The place works great for us and for most (but not all) people. In our case each year we're not looking for the Ritz but instead an easy and hassle-free way to get to the beach and enjoy Hampton's restaurants, music, and activities."
