"Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

"Great stay at Cutwater. We would book this inn again for sure. They do not have dedicated parking but there was never any shortage of available free on street parking within a few hundred feet of the front door and we were there during 4th of July weekend. There is a secure parking garage 400 feet away and tons of public metered parking downtown if necessary. "Red Stains on carpet, says quiet time is 7pm-9am yet riff raff were out in parking lot till 4 am jamming out partying… Showers were clean tho and towels and sheets were clean but bed spread also had stains. Given two key cards and only one worked, of course that’s the one we had grabbed when we went down to pool"
