"The room was bright and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The front desk staff member who checked us in was so sweet and informative. I would love to come back again with my kids and spend some time at the pool."

"The restaurant was closed during our entire stay and we were not informed that they would be doing an update to their systems until we arrived to check in. This meant no power, lights or use of elevators. We also were cut off from heat in the middle of winter."

"The room was nice and pretty, and we were able to get in a little early, but I did not feel as though it was that clean. the room smelled musty in some areas, and there were spiders in others. I am glad we were there for only one night."

"When you initially walk in the lobby is clean and cute you can tell it was newly renovated. However, when we got to our first room the light switches didn’t work, the lock on the door wouldn’t lock, the arm on the computer chair was broken. I went to the front desk & explained what was going on & he came to the room check the room & turned on this small desk lamp that barely lit the room. He walked over to the door tried to lock it & the lock would not budge. He continued to close the door again...

"This was a lovely inn with comfortable beds, clean rooms and plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a solid selection of dishes and after a long flight and a drive through heavy traffic it was great to be able to eat on site. We would stay here again."

"The staff was amazing! Super helpful!and kind. We had an ocean front view to watch sunrise from bed!!!!! It was absolutely beautiful. Our own little balcony to people watch.. location was clutch. The room was adorable and VERY clean. When we visit again this will 100 be our spot."

"Close to downtown Lowell. Had to request bedding for sofa-bed despite having 3 adults listed on reservation. Would have helped to have that ready in the room."

"Mattress was comfortable but we did have to ask for a set of sheet for the pull out couch. Staff was polite, breakfast was basically good though I had 3 kids with me that wanted pancakes but the pancake maker was broken. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Location was convenient. Pool area was very tidy and clean and did have towels available. There was no coffee pot in the room. Being that we had a number of people staying, which was disclosed with the reservation, they're definitely could have...

"I imagine our stay was a fluke but upon checking in the AC units in the entire hotel stopped working. We were told they were going to work on fixing this but didn't have a repair time. We were also under the impression that the pool was heated which is not the case but this could have been a mistake on our part. But what caused the biggest concern was the entire hotel lost power for about 2-3 hours and no communication was provided by the hotel staff around this. They had the power company come...

"Rugs in the room need to be DEEP CLEAN!! The cabinets need to be fixed as well. Toilet should had been cleaned. Hallways smell like SH**Or Musty. Overall- the room space was amazing. Love the kitchen area and the door that divide the rooms. Refrigerator was clean along w the kitchen supply items. "
