Ok stop Off point. Sure I booked one king bed but was told there aren’t any kings in hotel. No screens on window so could t leave window open. Saw a few dust piles. But was ok

I had a little family reunion here & the lounge & BBQ area was perfect. The staff were wonderful & accommodating & even u tubed a rendition of “when the Saints go marching in” as we all met as Saint is our last name. The only negative was my room was in the front & I could hear traffic noise especially motorcycles so ask for a room in the back.

Our room was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the kitchenette facilities and our bed was very comfortable. The guest lounge, BBQ and outdoor picnic area were very inviting. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Simple hotel, but comfortable and clean, Very friendly and helpful staff ( thank you, Lou) Great location to see Parksville waterfront. The 24hr fancy coffee/espresso/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was a nice bonus.

All staffs are super kind and make is comfortable. Parking is easy. They give complement of mini golf admission. That is quite funny with family's member. I really recommend this property.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, there is a great little coffee bar, and free mini golf across the street. Comfy bed and overall, quiet. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

The check in was seamless. The front desk gentleman was so friendly and greeted me and my Family with kindness. He even ran to hold the door for me while I brought my luggage in. What a family friendly place to stay.

Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the room. There was a smell in one of the corners right beside the bed. There was thick dust on top of the headboard. There were brown stains on the bathroom door. The amenities were great. Love the coffee machine in the optimism lounge & the water dispenser. The front staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable.

Great staff as always, clean rooms , excellent location on. Very tight parking lot wish it was a bit wider, I have a large truck so for me it's tight. Besides parking, it's an great overnight.

Toni was fantastic at check in and for the duration. She remembered our names and opened doors for us. The other gentlemen were very helpful and delivered what we needed vey quickly. I really liked the lounge....watched 3 hockey games there. We met others there that had stayed before and loved it as well. Will definitely stay again

Not only was this property very clean but the facilities are designed to provide guests with comforts of home. There is a terrific outdoor patio and a lounge with games, large tv, coffees. The staff, both at check in and out were beyond helpful.

The staff at this property were extremely helpful and polite. The property was immaculate. Very friendly group working here. For a small property, it was very well situated. No pool or hot tub but we didn't notice. Rooms were comfortable.
