The TVs were difficult to navigate, had poor picture quality, and didn’t allow easy streaming or connection to services like Netflix, which is something most travelers expect today. The beds were also extremely hard and uncomfortable.
In addition, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers had not been refilled, which made the room feel overlooked and poorly maintained. There were also no USB outlets or convenient charging options anywhere in the room. Overall, the hotel could really benefit from updates and better attention to guest comfort and basic amenities."
