"During our stay, both the hotel lobby and our room had an unpleasant smell. We requested towels from the front desk, and they were never delivered Also , housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The next day, we asked again for towels and washcloths and were told housekeeping would bring them, but they never did. I eventually went downstairs and found housekeeping myself— they only had two towels and no washcloths, which were taken from a black garbage bag. Overall, I rate this...

"Entiendo q para el área del desayuno. Expandir un poco mas la variedad en frutas frescas y jamón y queso para preparar sándwich. Pero todo lo demás muy bueno. Volvería a quedarme en familia."
