"Clean room and I love the smell of their hallways. Helpful staff"

"Smelled like cigarette smoke from the front door into the lobby and all the to our room and in our room. Also smelled of perfume /air fresheners that were migraine inducing within 30 minutes. Walls were paper thin could hear people down the hall. In the lobby were empty beer cans on the floor next to chairs that were so stained we felt like we couldn’t sit on them. We left, asked for a credit or our money back and front desk employee said he’d text his manager then just stared at us. Stayed our...

"Helpful staff and good breakfast. Bathroom was dirty and so was the A/C unit. We were on the 2nd floor and heard people walking above and around us. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean."
