"Poor customer service"

"This was OK place to stay for one or maybe two nights. Location doesn’t have many places to eat around but decently close to the buses that can get you to the Newark airport and/or to the train stations going into New York. Space was decently cleaned, but there was no paper towel towels or extra toilet paper. The room itself was descent. I wish the shared spaces were a little cleaner and offered filtered water. The hosts responded when I needed help entering the space, which was nice."

"No proper bedding bed is terrible falling The bed was uncomfortable did not even get a proper sleep terribly disgusting can do better dropping need proper bedding.not recommended to go ,smell terrible, and disgusting, noisy,a lot just going on stay home guys"
