Cari Chalet di Parma

"Central location is the reason we chose this hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was a disaster. My wife ordered bread with butter and jam, she got a tiny (1 inch by 2 inch ) rectangular piece of white bread with a few butter cubes and a little jam on it. I ordered 2 fried eggs, got 2 tiny pieces of white bread with my order. 8 ordered a croissant which never came. The 2 cappuccinos were great as expected in Italy . I think the server...

"Right next to the train station and reasonably priced with breakfast"

"Tutto bene, camera pulita"

"Charming and well located hotel with clean rooms and nice breakfast. We have stayed here several times."

"The food, be it breakfast or dinner is excellent."

"Top"

"We flew for business purposes and have stayed here before and loved it. It is close to where our meetings were and have stayed here twice now and will continue to stay there for future meetings. Hotel is clean, well keep and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel for business or personal stays."

"super friendly staff and close to a lot of sightseeing places and restaurants"

"Excellente experience, tres bien positionnee pres de l’autoroute Roma-Milano et a l’entree de Parme, avec de tres bonnes prestations et un personnel attentif a un prix competitif"

"I was surprised to find the room much smaller than what was shown in the picture. No parking space. I had to park my car overnight in a public parking lot for 12 Euro. I would not recommend this hotel to friends."

"Secure safe parking and very welcoming staff. The jacuzzi in our room worked perfectly. Less than a mile walk into the heart of Parma. Train station two easy streets away. Will definitely return."

"Not the best cappuccino at breakfast.."

"Tolles idyllisches Hotel mit ganz vielen freilaufenden Hasen - gibt dem Hotel nochmal einen extra Charme, um Abends noch mit einem Drink im Garten zu entspannen mit den Hasen & einem tollen Sonnenuntergang! Was wir etwas schade fanden, waren dass viele vom Personal sehr schlecht Englisch sprechen.. das war etwas umständlich, trotzdem super hilfsbereit. Ansonsten top & wir kommen wieder :)"

"Nice hotel good staff nice small restaurant and pool area"

"Great area to stay. Nice walk from train station. The checkin was at another hotel and we had to backtrack to checkin. Walkable safe area. We were near restaurants, coffee shops, live music, shopping and historical sites."
