"The hotel offers a very good price/quality ratio. The breakfast hall is small but the buffet has a good selection for 12€ per person. The restaurant is also quite good. The staff are friendly and mostly speak English. The location is right next to a big parking which offers free overnight parking. The hotel is across the street from the free shuttle bus to the ski slopes. There is a ski equipment rental shop across the street and a laundromat where you can dry your ski clothes for 1€. "Acceuil chaleureux par tout le personnel ,l'hotel ainsi que les chambres sont tres propres .le petit dejeuner est le restaurant sont tres bien. L'hotel est bien situé pour visiter les marchés de noel alsacien. C'est un tres bon rapport qualité prix.le petit plus :le plan des marchés de noel a visiter fournis a notre arrivée. Seul bémol l'insonorisation des chambres et il faudrait un mitigeur dans la douche."

"A very nice hotel in a nice location. We had a restful sleep in a nice room. Easy parking. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great bar and restaurant area and a great breakfast. Great selection of cocktails and local Cremants. The spa massages were great as well as the pool and sauna. The only small, tiny improvement would be a hot tub. Would definitely stay here again."
