Hotel dekat Paroki Mar Thoma

"The hotel was a great property. Great staff, great hospitality, great restaurant with amazing breakfast buffet"

"Staff at breakfast were very nice. Also cleaning lady Manju was always there when we needed her. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone. "

"Very nice place and I was rather impressed - the interior is really nice and atmospheric! Breakfast is top and worth it. I did not try the restaurants. The pool area is very nice. Gym is ok - better than most hotels, but still not great for an aficionado. The room amenities included very basic instant coffee and a kettle, with no actual coffee machine - that was a bit of a letdown and unexpected from a 5-star hotel of this calibre. Unfortunately, during check-in on a Sunday evening (6-7 pm or...

"The room is dirty and smelly. I can smell urine on the bed. The landline phone is not working. No amenities like forks, bowls and knives for cooking. Room assess keys are malfunctioned. I went down to reception several times to fix the above issues and waste of my time. Overall I will not recommend anyone to stay here."

"Staff wonderful, breakfast varied, plentiful and tasty. Balcony, where I enjoyed my breakfasts, is in a good situation overlooking marina. Hotel very handy for marina mall and metro. I felt that the room was really designed for a business traveller in it's layout, but I was comfy enough. What would stop me from using the hotel again would be the road and construction noise. Neither of which can be improved upon by the hotel, but, unfortunately, lack of sleep had a big effect on my holiday."

"Water pressure in shower was v weak. Room size is v good Staff is v friendly and professional"

"Amenity nil in the room had to ask for it, room was not cleaned properly, maintenance issue with the room light in the closed motion sensor start in middle of night, issue with sensor, food quality not great at the breakfast Night manager helped with some issue also Kareem and Sarah I. Restaurant great staff."

"Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, the service was truly impeccable—attentive, warm, and effortlessly professional. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The food was equally outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with incredible flavors and beautiful presentation across all the restaurants. And I have to mention the property itself—what a masterpiece of architecture! The sweeping curves, the iconic honeycomb facade, and the way the...

"The staff was excellent"

"Excellent hotel and very helpful staff. I requested for a 2 hour late checkout since my flight was little bit later in the day and they granted me with no extra cost."

"I chose this Hotel based on the excellent reviews and affordability. Unfortunately, I found the property to be less desirable than expected. It took a very long time to check in and then front desk staff didn’t know how to program the mobile key they were promoting as available. Insufficient signage and way finding. Breakfast options were limited compared to similar hotels in the area. There wasn’t a workspace or desk in the room, no iron/ironing board, and generally felt very much like a budget...
