"Everything was immaculate. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They couldn't be more attentive all around the facility from the main desk to the beach crew and the maid service. They gave us a great upgrade and a later checkout because our flight didn't leave until 3:30 pm. Amenities were excellent. "All was great. Spacious room, well kept and serviced. The property is beautifully landscaped so even if you are staying for work purposes, you feel like you are away. "Room was fine. The staff was outstanding. We were forced to register very late in the evening due to unforeseen circumstances and they took care of our party of four. Restaurant staff was excellent as well as was the food. We’ll definitely return to Coco Reef upon our next visit in March."

"This is our 2nd stay at the club. We stayed in poolview cottage 19. We love having an entire cottage to ourselves. They have a full kitchen and all of the dishes and utensils one would need to prepare meals. Our cottage was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We love visiting St. George. Wahoo’s Restaurant is a family favorite! "

The staff in the gold lounge, Rolley,Pascoal, Vitoria and Alysha go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..all parts of the hotel in and out are kept in tiptop condition. "Courteous and helpful staff, and my room was kept very clean every day. Breakfast pastries could perhaps be a little more imaginative and varied but filled my stomach! Hotel storage of packets containing napkin, sugar, creamer and straw needs to be reviewed, because there were frequently small black ants inside the supposedly sealed packets! Otherwise, an excellent stay, so I'm trying to be helpful."
