"Not clean and ran out of breakfast."

"This is our second stay at this property. It was very clean an the staff was excellent."

"I will not be staying here again. Carpet in room was very dirty and my socks were turned black. The tile area has fallen apart and it ended up cutting through my socks and almost cutting my foot. The shower head had no pressure at all. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok went to check out after eating and no one at desk for checkout so I ended up just leaving."

"The hotel itself was what was expected from Best Western. However, Michelle at the front desk made our stay exceptional. She was always available when we were in the lobby. She greeted each of us like we were family coming for a visit. We will be staying here every time we are in the Broussard area."

"On arrival, sketchy person hanging out front. Foyer had a bleach smell. Sparse furniture in registration area. Not a very welcoming entrance. I would venture with the price a place for someone in transition from homeless ? Sorry, it looked nice and new from pics. There was a bag of room trash left outside elevator for our 2 day stay. Nothing but soap in bathroom. Old towels. No closet . Open rack for hanging. Beds on metal frames that show metal, no cover on these. Tiny bed pillows. Will not be staying there again"

"Older motel updated. It was clean which is most important to me. Quiet for the most part. Staff was very accommodating and the value was great."

"Breakfast was awesome! The entire staff was so nice and accommodating! Cortney at the reception desk was great and a delight to visit with. The only suggestion is that a lamp in the sitting area in the suites would add lighting. "
