"Rooms are modern and gorgeous! Location is amazing this is our regular stay! Walking distance within EVERYTHING!! Valet Parking was a little slow but that’s understandable as we called for valet during peak hours."

"The music in the lobby was so loud that neither the clerk nor ourselves could hear each other at check in. The decorations, colors and furniture were as if Austin Powers had an interior design firm and decorated the hotel. Common area carpets and in room furniture looked like it needed to be cleaned. The curtains in our room had paint stains on them and the blackout shade was missing. We were told by staff that they were always breaking and wouldn’t be replaced. The staff, except for the valets, were standofffish and seemed to be afraid to interact with the guests. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu, much of which was not appealing. The Funny Library Coffee Shop’s hours were too limited as was the pastry selection. The bar staff was not engaging and the cocktails were average. Richard Branson is now in his 70’s. There’s no need to have pictures of him in each room from when he was in his teens. I would imagine if Jerry Jones of Dallas Cowboys fame had a hotel he’d do the same thing. The best part of the hotel is it’s location and the views but the rooms are small for what you pay."

"Love this hotel. We stay here every time & it never disappoints. The staff make you feel so special & are always so willing and able to help with anything you need. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. This hotel is centrally located and perfect for any trip to New Orleans!"

"Room was clean and spacious. Bed was so comfy. Shower head and water temp/pressure was WONDERFUL!!! Staff was great and greeted us from the moment we approached. Room Service was quick. Bar was flowing with drinks and Casino was very lively and inviting, a little smokey but we were not in there all day. Loved the live music that was performing in the casino loung area. Pool is decent- lots of love bugs in water, lazy river was great! Fyi- there are 2 jacuzzis- we wondered why so many kiddos where trying to swim in one but come to find out, we were in the wrong one. Concert venue seating is VERY TIGHT- chairs are linked together so you are unable to scoot them over. We will definitely be back. "
