"The Cairn looks like it is still going for a refurbish but we couldn't tell as our room felt brand new. We were pleasantly surprised that there was nothing to criticize during this trip unlike other hotels. The check in and out were very easy and the cleaning staff helped us out with some extra towels. The Cairn is a great place to stay while visiting the Shakespeare Festival!"
"For a newer Marriott property I was not impressed. You come to expect a certain level of service with most Marriott properties however this one fell short. Linens didnt match in the bathroom, shower was dirty, air conditioner wasn’t working in the lobby area. The small restaurant was convenient and very good food and they do have a bar. So bonus there."
"Hotel was clean with very helpful and friendly staff.
One of two elevators still out of order. Resulting in lines of people waiting to get to top floors or carrying your luggage up 3 or 4 flights.
We stayed here last year and same elevator was out of service then."
