"In fairness, we were not in our rooms much. The morning breakfast buffet was good. Fresh orange juice was excellent! The restaurant does not open until 7:30 pm which is great for European time, but we wanted to eat earlier and explored the city. The room was a little dated and crowded, safe hard to reach without kneeling, towels were somewhat worn, had to ask for body wash to be refilled, The staff was extremely helpful and competent. I liked the location of the hotel and would stay there...

"The location of the hotel is ideal in the La Rambla. It's also a short walk to the oldest market in Barcelona as well as major metro lines. We did not add breakfast to our stay since there are oodles of choices within walking distance of the hotel. Room we stayed in were cleaned and functional. La Rambla is a noisy area; however, a rumbling sound from the subway every few minutes can be problematic for some sleepers. We were on the fourth floow and not sure if this happens on higher floor, check...

"Do not stay at this property. There is no disclosure that most taxis cannot get to the hotel due to the massive construction project nearby. We were dropped off half a mile a way and had to drag our bags down old streets and try to figure out where the property was. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR PROPERTY AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY. This was apparent as soon as we checked in. When we got to the room, it was dirty, there were stains on the furniture and blankets, the bedding and pillows were 3 star level,...

"Nice and quiet and clean"

"Peres, Adam, Alfredo and Kevin were so nice and welcoming as were the other staff members. The location were perfect and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms were spotless and quiet. The room darkening shades were perfect. We did not have the buffet, but I’m sure it was excellent. The water pressure was very good and the toiletries were quite nice. I liked the sliding door separating the bedroom from the washroom area. "

"日本から初めてのスペイン･バロセロナ旅行として来ましたが、清潔でスタッフの対応も丁寧でとても良いホテルでした。宿泊したダブルのバルコニー･ルームには、清潔なバスルームに長めの大きい浴槽が備え付きでついており、しっかりと入浴することができました。シャワーの水圧は強くは無いものの、一瞬で温水になるため便利ですが、温度調節のレバーを大きく動かしすぎると非常に高温な熱水が出てくるので注意が必要です。 冷蔵庫の中にはミニバー(有料)"
