"I stayed here in April 2026, I really enjoyed my stay, the room was nice and clean, the AC and water pressure did not disappoint. The location was great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Over all I loved my stay and would stay here again next time I am in Guadalajara."

"Hotel room and also staff were are excellent. Location is walking distance to lots of historic sites to see. The only issue was that during my 5 days stay the elevator broke twice but was repaired within 24 hours. Also every time I left the room the access card got deactivated. Apparently it’s a security feature but very inconvenient as you have to reactivate it at the front desk every time you come back from outside. Having said that I definitely recommend this hotel."

"I love this hotel. It is so cozy and nice. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Even though I am always travelling for business and have to get up very early for airport transit, I always feel like I get a nice reset and comfy night before departure. Staff is also super helpful in getting transit set up. Wonderful everytime."
