The property itself is very nice and thoughtfully decorated, with a great overall aesthetic and a pleasant scent throughout that made it feel welcoming right away. The room was quiet, nicely designed, and comfortable in terms of space and atmosphere.
The staff was kind and attentive, and the valet service was a great touch. Having someone working the front door added to the sense of safety and made arrivals and departures feel smooth and well managed.
Breakfast was truly phenomenal. It was genuinely breathtaking and one of the highlights of the stay.
The location was good and walkable to many places, though we did need to take an Uber to reach the Americana neighborhood.
That said, I would not consider this a luxury hotel due to the bed. It was extremely hard and very uncomfortable, which impacted our sleep. The AC in the room also did not work very well.
Overall, the hotel felt safe, calm, and well designed, but the bed comfort was a major downside.
