"My go-to hotel in Greeneville – always a reliable and welcoming stay! As a semi-regular guest at the Greeneville Inn and Suites, I keep coming back for good reason. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and make me feel right at home every time I check in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave that make longer stays easy. I really appreciate the free parking and WiFi, plus the seasonal outdoor pool is a nice bonus during warmer months. The location on East Andrew Johnson Highway is convenient for getting around Greeneville and nearby attractions. For the value and the warm service, this place is hard to beat. Looking forward to my next visit already!"

"The stay was good and value good. It was clean and the room was ok. A few small things kept it from being ideal. The wifi barely worked in the room, which was unfortunate as I had some work to do online that night. Also unfortunate, was a chirping smoke detector in the hallway. Fortunately it wasn’t right outside our door, but we could still hear it. It think the price was really good and if the Internet had worked I would have given 5 stars."

"Bed and pillows are actually comfortable. Place stayed over all quiet. No bugs which is a very big thing with us. Place is older yes but very clean 4 an older building and gas station accessible rght next door. Was very pleased with our stay."
