"Plumbing problems in the room. When the maintenance man came to fix it, he showed me how to “fix” the toilet every time it had a problem. I don’t think this is a reasonable ask of a guest every time the toilet gets used. They refused to switch me to a different room, and the front desk agent was very rude about it. Never again."
