"Friendly staff and fantastic location! The hotel was recently renovated and the fresh paint was apparent. It’s not a luxury property but suited us fine for a few days in the city. The location can’t be beat for attending broadway shows!"
"Amazing location and a beautiful hotel. It’s very large so if you are looking for a boutique experience, this probably isn’t for you. We loved it!! Be aware of the resort fee that is $40 per night but you are able to offset this against purchases from the restaurant and bar. Annoyingly I have just checked my invoice and that have not offset this for us. I’ll need to contact the hotel which is disappointing"
"The staff is very friendly & amazing. Our room was nice & clean. The water pressure could use some work, but I believe they’re working on that issue. It was a great location, the deli & bar next door were very handy. Super walkable to the subway, Times Square & all the broadway shows. I’d stay here again."
