"You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. "Great room in terms of size and cleanliness and great service at the hotel. Our only criticism was the noise, being located so close to Times Square. Still a 5-star review for me, because we were aware of this when booking, but it is definitely noisier than expected for first-time travellers to New York"

"Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Only one at a time so it did become a bit of a wait but they did their best. Room did not have a shower but provides shower supplies. Overall a good space for a large group of people"
