"Excelente ubicación y atención.
Solo que el desayuno es fuera de las instalaciones en un restaurante aparte hay que cruzar la avenidad como unos 2 o 3 minutos caminando y solo ofrecen media luna saladas o dulces o a escoger tostada. Chocolate caliente o té.
Por lo demas todo bien."

"部屋の間取りがとてもいいです。こんな部屋がほしいと思うくらい。不満といえば冷蔵庫が時々ありえないくらい音がすること、フライパンの取っ手がグラグラして料理をこぼしてしまったことくらい。
5日間快適でしたが、一度だけ困ったことがありました。カードキーが磁気異常でドアが開けられず締め出されました。あいにくフロントの方は帰ってしまっていて、建物エントランスにいらっしゃる守衛の方にヘルプを求めました。英語はまったく通じないので、スペイン語を交えて伝えたのですが、部屋の前で待っていてくださいと言われたと思い、そのとおりにしてたところいつまで待っても誰も来てくれず。再度翻訳アプリで挑戦したところ、ようやくわかってくださって、鍵を持ってきてくれました。建物全体は普通のアパートメントとして使われている部屋が多く、ホテルフロントとこの守衛さんのデスクは離れていて、どこまで連携が取れているのかわからなかったのですが、けっこう頼っていいみたいでした。そう考えたら安心です。またブエノスアイレスに行ったら泊まりたいです。"

"On my way to the property at around 3pm I was contacted by the property staff that they were overbooked and put me in another property.
I chose it especially for the location, because we were leaving on a cruise the next day and booked it 6 months in advance.
I felt ripped off. Somebody obviously paid more than us at a last minute. If this wasn't the case why wouldn't the hotel contact me well in advance?"

"This hotel was a 5-star hotel in my opinion! The hotel and staff go above and beyond with lovely complimentary items that I did not expect. Breakfast was also delicious! Enjoyed every second here :)"
