"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so...

"Beautiful villa just a short drive from Lucca. The room was relatively basic but with an incredibly comfortable bed and in quiet surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for an early morning dip before exploring the surrounding hills and town. "We had an amazing stay at Villa Marta.Rooms were beautifully decorated,clean and spacious.Toiletries,etc were provided.The area is so quiet and we had a lovely sleep undisturbed by any noise .Breakfast was delicious,abundant and with many choices.Staff was brilliant-both ladies at reception and gentlemen at restaurant.My children loved checking the two resident cats Bianca and Nero a couple of times a day ☺️😂.Definitely will be back one day as everything was perfect!"

"Room was run down and the breakfast was included in the past but not now. Staff said that the name change and rebranding was meant to attract business people but there were no working outlets in the room and no usb or other charging outlets apart from one socket in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The place was much nicer to stay at in the past 15 years but has been let down by its owners sadly. "
