"It was a very nice hotel, especially for near the airport. My only complaint is that I was not told, until I checked in, that there was an extra $15 fee to use their gym. I always filter for a hotel with a gym and since I made this reservation, I was convinced that there was one. An extra charge is really not necessary."

"The house was lovely and well equipped. The check in/ out was seamless. The use of the pool at the golf club was nice but it was very warm (like a bath) Was only there for one night to be near Melbourne airport but would defo stay again "

"The hotel is in a convenient location, surrounded by supermarkets and eateries, and the secured parking for $11 per night was a great bonus. The room and bathroom were clean, and there were plenty of amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed the shower, which had both hot and cold options and great water pressure. The lift provided 24-hour access to both the basement car park and reception, which was really convenient. We stayed for three nights during the Easter break, and while housekeeping wasn’t available, there was a trolley with towels and all necessary amenities available for us to grab. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return in the future."

"This is the worst property we have stayed at . The room was tiny. There were stains all over the couch. The bed was soft and lumpy. The bathroom was tiny and resembled a prison cell. We have stayed in 2 stars better than this 5 star. On the plus side the staff were very accomodating. But the room was simply way below par. "
