"Staff was nice but general manager was combative and would rather tell you to leave and try and help you. The location was not secure, has anyone could walk in the doors without access doors were propped open there were people sleeping in the stairwells. Safety was actually a concern for my stay and when I approached, the general manager for assistance immediately was defensive and as I tried to explain to her what was going on, she told me to get out when I told her that I had already paid for the next night. She told me oh well and called the cops on me. All I asked her was to see security footage by my door for one hour she refused. "

"make sure to be at the checkin desk by or before 6PM, otherwise you have lost your first day and you wont be sure there will be a room the next day. dont believe Expedia they have spoken with someone no they dont and your reservation is gone and your first day is gone. make sure you are BEFORE 6PM as simple as that"

"Parking was easy. Checkin was quick. Had a couple of nightowl neighbors and breakfazst could be better but, other than that, no complainrs. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Convenient location. Clean lobby, rooms and breakfast area. The staff was friendly and kept up with the cleanliness of the hotel and food. Very family friendly. My toddler loved it there. "

"Hot tub was covered, unusable. TV in our room didn’t work. We were switched to different rooms 3 times for various reasons. Breakfast was the cheapest options available. Won’t be back. "
