Our initial room had an issue and the AC went out on the area, they put us in a better room (same room, just a better view and it was in the main tower on the top floor) and refunded us $200! This was after they had already gave us $200 resort credit! Best vacation we've ever experienced, EVER!!! We'll definitely be back... "

"Excellent property! Would recommend and would stay again if need to return for appointment. Close to Mayo. Close to shopping and eating establishments. Rooms were bid and clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and was easy to get around for us and my special needs kids (adults). Very impressed with this place. My request for 2 rooms together also accommodated Spending 4 days there for Mayo appointments can be nerve racking and these accommodations made it much easier to handle. Breakfast time...
