"The property is beautiful and conveniently situated. Our room was large and very comfortable. The concierge service assisted us with several outings, which was extremely helpful. I want to brag most of all about the staff. They were all very gracious. They met us at the door the day we arrived with an orchid lei for each of us (including our family member who lives in Da Nang and wasn't staying with us at the hotel) and a cool drink. They recognized us as we came and went, knew our room number when we arrived for the breakfast buffet, and thanked us with a small gift when we checked out. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit my son in Da Nang, and will recommend TMS to anyone else visiting the city. "

There's a variety of food options in the area and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was excellent as well. Michael was especially helpful in booking tours, suggesting enjoyable activities, and even assisting us in retrieving a forgotten bag at the airport before departure!
