"Outstanding service! The room was nice and comfortable - it’s a Novotel and you know what you will get. What really set it apart for us was the service. Everyone was so nice to us and super helpful. Krystal helped check us in and provided massage recommendations since their spa would be closed at the time that worked for us. The massage place turned out to be amazing. Then the breakfast buffet next morning was another wonderful experience - the spread was huge, but Vy really made it special for us. She saw that we were from India and got the chef to make Chana masala for us. Three days later and my family still fondly remembers how we were treated at Novotel. One thing to note - We had the view of the river/bridge and the balcony was nice to sit in. Though sound traveled from traffic and nearby party spots - and we were on the 30th floor. Once you closed the balcony noise wasn’t a problem for us. "

"The front desk staff were SUPER responsive and helpful especially Trang and Vi. Vi also organised tickets for a boat tour for us and gave clear directions on how and when to get there. We were overwhelmed when the boat stopped at the prime spot nearest to the Dragon's head. The spectacular viewing made-up for a little dampness when the Dragon sprayed water. Haian's superior views also made up for some noise which a couple of earplugs easily fixed."

"We had a lovely time at this boutique hotel. The staff checked us in quickly and were kind enough to surprise us with a cake for my partners birthday. Shout out to Ma, Tiam, Chu, Dan, and Tinh for making our short stay very special. It’s only a short walk to the Han market and several cute little places to dine, and a 10 minute grab ride to the beachfront. The coconut coffee in the cafe was really yummy. We did not opt for breakfast on the way out, but checkout was smooth and the sweet older security guard out front with the beautiful smile helped load our bags into the cab to the airport. "
