"This is a great location that is right next to the river. The staff here are all wonderful. The room is nice and very clean and the breakfast very good. It's also quite close to the dragon bridge so you can catch the fire and water show if you stay during the weekends."

"James,Tram and Lee were by far the best hosts. They immediately addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I recieved the highest care. Although they don't have a pool (which other Wink hotels do) it was a great experiance. Location was near markets and only 15 mins away from the beach. "

I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up as well. I didn't bother to complain again since it wasn't dirty to the point that is unacceptable for a hotel. The swimming pool bathroom/changing room is also very dirty. I think the hotel manager just have a different standard for cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and clean. Overall, I think the hotel is good for the price and location. "
