"I have given this hotel 5* but with 1 reservation , its location. It is located in a quiet side alleyway. Access is past municipal garbage bins and unfortunately this doesn’t give the best first impression. HOWEVER, when you get there it appears like an oasis. "Real good value. The room is clean, efficient layout, good writing desk, and has good aircon (not loud). Bathroom is relatively spacious with a big window on the room. Water pressure is very good, hot water is quick, and complete amenities. Good choices for breakfast. Rooftop restaurant & swimming pool with a great view f the Phnom Penh skyline. The gym is well-equipped. Location close to riverfront, plenty of restaurants around."
