"Great and spacious living and bedroom and bathroom (1.5bathroom for the king suite). Very close to a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. A 8 minute walk to the river night market on Saturday and Sunday. The only negative is the construction noises next door which is understandable, so hopefully, that'll be done in a couple of years. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Real good value. The room is clean, efficient layout, good writing desk, and has good aircon (not loud). Bathroom is relatively spacious with a big window on the room. Water pressure is very good, hot water is quick, and complete amenities. Good choices for breakfast. Rooftop restaurant & swimming pool with a great view f the Phnom Penh skyline. The gym is well-equipped. Location close to riverfront, plenty of restaurants around."

"I have given this hotel 5* but with 1 reservation , its location. It is located in a quiet side alleyway. Access is past municipal garbage bins and unfortunately this doesn’t give the best first impression. HOWEVER, when you get there it appears like an oasis. "The room was worn down and needed a good cleaning, but it was compensated by a great location (close to the river, the Royal Palace, restaurants and shopping) and a great price. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was very good (special kudos to a friendly and positive person making eggs to order!). We enjoyed the rooftop and the pool as well."
