"We originally booked CC Lux due to its proximity to the cruise terminal and were pleasantly surprised by literally everything this place has to offer. The room and hotel were very clean and comfortable. Our room also had an outdoor balcony so there was plenty of room to spread out. The bed was comfortable as well. We arrived early and we were not yet able to check in but… there is a very comfortable rooftop area where we enjoyed sitting (chairs, tables and umbrellas for the sun). We were also surprised to find that there is a free laundromat. We were able to catch up on days of laundry and ready to start on our next adventure. If you are headed for the cruise terminal (terminal A - about 10-15 min away) here is a tip. I studied Google Maps & was not sure of which path to take but this is what you do. When you walk from the hotel you will reach a Main Street that you must cross to get to the terminal. We crossed as soon as we descended the hill from the hotel. When we went, there was no traffic but if you need a cross walk there is one (you can see it on google). Anyway, after you cross the street, head toward the port. You will then reach a parking lot. You can go up the road or head into the parking lot. Head into the lot directly and follow the sidewalk along the waterfront. This takes you directly to the port entrance."

"Exactly what we expected based on the pictures of the property. Exactly what we needed. Well situated, it was close (waking distance) to everything in Piraeus. If we ever go back to Piraeus, we will go back to this hotel."

"- Close to cruise port. Can easily walk from port A to hotel with min luggage. 5-10 min. Uber about $6 from port B/C. Recommend use Uber and not taxi. Taxi drivers may get you into a fare negotiation of 20 or more euro for euro trip. - Close walk (5-10 min) to many restaurants (Greek, Thai, Japanese, Italian) and at least 3 grocery stores nearby for soda, snacks, etc - Room adequate for a night before, after cruise - 5 - 10 min walk to : walk on walk off bus. - Our room had a small refrigerator - Friendly staff - They arranged Airport taxi for us. Taxi showed right on time at 4am. Taxi meter showed about 66 Euro to airport with no traffic meter time cost since no traffic at 4pm. Meters charge time and distance. Probable meter cost about 75 Euro with tip. So pre-arranged taxi cost of 80 euro was fine. - I got a great price on the room. - 8 euro for breakfast there. You can easily pay 8 euro for one coffee and pastry elsewhere. - Definetly recommend."

The location is great for what I need with easy access to ferries, marinas and train station. Many local restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a laundry on the corner. Superb."

"We stayed two nights prior to joining a cruise. We came in on a ferry and this location is excellent for both types of travel. It was an easy 15 minute walk from the sea jet ferry to the hotel and we decided to taxi to the cruise ship back at a cost of €20. The breakfast is fresh and choices are great. The cost is very reasonable (if not included) and there is a coffee machine (does lattes, espresso and cappuccinos etc) as well as a selection of tea available 24 hours off the lobby. The rooms are modern and very clean. The only concern would be if a person has a mobility issue make sure you know your room. Our room had a step up to the beds in the entrance and you need to step up from the bed area to get to the washroom. The area is close to some excellent restaurants and shops. We took the metro for €1.20 each way pp to the Plaka/Acropolis. Very easy and direct 20-25 min. I would recommend staying at this property. The staff is friendly and very helpful. "
