Arrived at the hotel at midnight, there was no staff at the front. Tried to make a phone be call written there but there was no answer.
Even though I left some message on SMS, they don't answer.
Finally I drove home without staying in the rain. I don't think it's good as much as it should be."
"Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store).
Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills.

"I’m not expecting an airport hotel to be this big. It’s an old building but the lobby is quite impressive and spacious. The room was clean, efficient and the service is warm and friendly. They even have a nice pool and a garden in the middle of the hotel courtyard. What’s best, I love that I can check-in anytime and guaranteed 24hrs stay. Airport shuttle service is free, 24h availability (no need to book). Alternatively, the hotel is connected to the airport via an underground walkway accessibility, just about 300m away by foot.
