"Loved staying here at The Sails !! Comfy bed , great shower, lots of fresh airflow , cosy as in the chilly evening, big TV with satellite viewing , good coffee with either plunger or pod, fresh milk, well stocked kitchen for in- home style cooking . Free laundry facilities . Close to cbd and pretty much everything/ everywhere you'd need . Definitely recommend to travellers wanting value for money and comfort ."

"The room was clean, but the bed was extremely creaky. Being of an older age group, probably not the best place for me, as the young ones were quite rowdy till late hours, also stomping around loudly. One was vomiting loudly in the middle of the night, which was unpleasant to hear. These are not the fault of the property managers, but indicates the demographic you may have to encounter. Other than that my room was clean, bedding was clean with fresh towels. Secure parking. Suited my budget and...

"The room with a separate, well equipped kitchenette, was clean and well presented. Could do with updating, particularly the bathroom, but would certainly stay there again. Check in was easy and staff were pleasant and helpful. The food at Flames Restaurant, which was on site, was excellent and the meals were large. Good service as well. Great location close to town with onsite parking."

"While our room, number 7, was well equipped, it looked out onto a close wall so that in wintertime there was no sun, meaning the room was freezing and dark. Although there was a wall panel heater it was in no way sufficient, so for our second night we asked for and received another heater which alleviated the situation. Other than the kitchen the room had been fully refurbished and would have been very nice had it been in a different part of the motel."

"Had a very pleasant stay in their family unit. Room was very spacious, with a nicely renovated bathroom. Got a yummy fresh bottle of milk at check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! Walking distance to the playground and beach. The room was in the front facing the main road so despite the double-glazed windows, you can hear trucks. I would request a room in the back if available next time but otherwise, will stay again!"

"Thanks for my stay, I was upgraded , staff were very friendly. Very handy location for walking to town, everything is close. My one thought would be to bring your own cup, I gad forgotten this time and cuos needed a good clean. Apart from that I was very pleased with my stay."
