"I had a positive experience with checking in and checking out. The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. Laundry was a bit confusing. I was never really sure if I was supposed to wash my clothes myself, or if it was a laundry service downstairs, but when I took the elevator down to the basement, the lights of the breakfast hall that connects you to the laundry room...

"Staff anticipated my arrival and directed me to a dedicated parking lot within close walking distance to the property. He then told me that he had upgraded my room free of charge. He’s very friendly and patient with us. He also tried to explain how to properly adjust the thermostat for the room floor heater. The hotel is also within walking distance to the Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market and lots of convenience stores around. Overall, great first experience staying in Seogwipo at Run Hotel."
