"Air conditioning was not strong enough to keep cool. Pot to boil water for coffee had boiled milk left in it. Loved the little balcony. Staff were super responsive and very helpful. Thank goodness there was a little elevator because it is up a lot of stairs!"

She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. "Personal ist nett. Zimmer werden nicht sauber gemacht nur das Bett wird gemacht und der Müll geleert. Der Spiegel im Badezimmer hatte 4 Tage lang die selben Flecken. Das Zimmer müsste auch mal renoviert werden. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Die Cocktailbar auf dem Dach hatte auch nicht geöffnet. Deutsche Fernsehsender gab es auch nicht. Nur Italienische. Some of our towels were stained. Only 2 caffeinated coffee pods were provided per day and no mugs only plastic cups. Same with the body wash. De início tivemos dificuldade para trancar a porta (fechadura antiga) e pedimos auxílio ao Marco que demonstrou impaciência em nos auxiliar. Um outro ponto negativo, às vésperas da viagem, a Giulia entrou em contato por email para falar sobre a taxa da limpeza para ser entregue em espécie ao Marco juntamente...
