"My stay was in the executive suite which has always been an excellent place to stay. But when I was in the deluxe king bedroom there were a few things that could have been maintained better."

"Excellent place to stay"

"It is a very comfortable hotel with spacious room. Not too far a walk from Runway Manila if you don’t have big luggage. Breakfast was good."

"They always do a very nice job The breakfast is great"

"Clean facilities and great buffet breakfast! Very helpful staff!"

"It was not in the best area of the city, but it was super convenient as far as shopping and food and getting things done that I needed to do. Especially being a solo travel and only stopping through Manila for a couple days on my way to Siargao. The staff was great. It was clean. I arrived in the middle of the night and they were very friendly and accommodating."

"It is ok not sure will come back sorry"

"Excellent"

"Room was good and typical of the Copacabana. There are only a few complaints about the place everytime I come here. The WiFi is weak and inconsistent. I get better connection with cellular any day of the week compared to their WiFi. Their breakfast is fine. The stove is okay, but is really slow with heating up and the cooking pan is bent in the middle from heat warping damage so the pan cooks unevenly. The AC needed to be cleaned, but after it was cleaned, it worked as intended. Water pressure...

"Less staff in the breakfast room, wait a little longer for our coffee / creamer and utensils like the tea spoons. Follow up with the omelette twice. However the food was very good."
