"L’Hotel Eden è un hotel a tre stelle sul lungomare di Viareggio, in una posizione molto comoda, proprio nella zona della movida. Il punto forte è sicuramente dove si trova: sei vicino a tutto, tra locali, ristoranti e il mare. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio. "We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. "Obwohl wir das Hotel nur für die Durchreise gebucht haben und der Aufenthalt weniger als 24 Stunden betrug, war es ein sehr erholsamer Stop. Zimmer sehr sauber, Handtücher wie neu, das Frühstück hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt (p.s. es gab die leckerste Red Velvet Torte, die ich je zum Frühstück gegessen habe!) Ein Lob an das gesamte Personal - von der Rezeption bis hin zum Küchenpersonal!!! Alles war TOP! Auch die Umgebung und die Nähe zum privaten Strand sind fantastisch! Wir kommen wieder...

"Only stayed for one night but the hotel is in a perfect location with a bedroom view of the tower. The double glazing was amazing with no sound of the tourists who were just outside our window. It is super close to restaurants and shops. Room and hotel were really clean and a good size room. Would definitely stay again."

Staff said that the name change and rebranding was meant to attract business people but there were no working outlets in the room and no usb or other charging outlets apart from one socket in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The place was much nicer to stay at in the past 15 years but has been let down by its owners sadly. "

"The hotel rooms were great, with showers that were amazing. I had to ding the staff a bit due to the restaurant staff. We had some communication issues, but not terrible. The only issue is that it is a bit of a walk to the city center, and you have to go under the railroad either way you go. So expect stairs. Cabs are easy to get, and the staff will assist you. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our two-week time in Italy. "
