"The location of the hotel is very good, close to plaza central and restaurants nearby. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is very good. I would like to extend my thanks to the young ladies at the reception, they are very professional and friendly. I requested to change my room for a room with shower as o have a mobility issue, they changed it with no issues, I gave really appreciated the communication and service during the process."

"This is a 2 star hotel without air conditioning but the did provide a fan and to my surprise it was comfortable sleeping. The staff was very nice and helped me order pizza for delivery. "

"Staff were very friendly. However I don’t understand why the room had a window onto the corridor which shone light into my room the whole night. Why not just put up curtains? (The window also didn’t shut completely so it was harder to block out the noise). Ear plugs and eye mask are a must if you want to be able to sleep here."
