"Amazing hotel! Clean, good breakfast, nice beach - a little out of the way but the hotel shuttle can drop you off at the train or ferry station which was nice! Overall fantastic experience, would happily come back!"

Anyone loved to be treated with class and sophistication however, just simple things at other resorts where you want to get a drink by the pool or just enjoy a quick grab n go lunch to eat and relax outside was not possible. In order to get a drink or food etc. you had to sit down at a table for a full sit down meal. It obviously is nice when you have a dinner and want that experience. "We really loved our stay at this hotel. Its so close to everything, we easily went through the back entrance to walk into town center and the docks and the train station is barely a 5 minute walk away. We got an upgrade to our room upon checking in and the new remodeled rooms that are offered are absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and very well done. "We stayed at the Villa Piedmonte in Ravello for our 25th wedding anniversary trip. It was such a beautiful hotel, with spectacular views, and a very attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was exquisite. It had many fresh and delicious choices. Alessandra at reception was wonderful and helpful with guides to Ravello and Giuseppe, the driver of the courtesy shuttle was great as well. We plan to return to the Villa Piedmonte soon!"

We had no internet for a few days which made me worried as I didn't have much mobile data left - the hotel staff gave us different story each time we talked about it. However no compensation or discounts were offered for the inconvenience. When the internet access got restored after 3 days of being there, no information was provided about this.
