"Gorgeous setting with beautiful views. Our room was lovely, and perfect for a couple of relaxing days after lots of hiking. The only thing is our particular room was by the kitchen so you did get some sound through the walls. Majority of the rooms are downstairs though and won’t have this issue. Staff all lovely and friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant one night. We didn’t have our rental car anymore but had no issue getting Ubers in and out of town. "

"Valentina at the front desk was fantastic. She was super welcoming, gave us updates on weather and went above and beyond on answering questions. I had a question earlier in the morning that she did not know the answer to. Most people would have just let it go. Valentina got the answer for me later that morning and sent it to me via Whats App! My dinner bill was $5 incorrect based on their error. They called my room twice and the next morning demanded I pay the $5. I only had USD, so I paid. All staff members are attentive, genuinely helpful, and proactive in solving problems. Every staff member seems happy and truly welcoming, making you feel appreciated as a guest on vacation.
